Qualification: Any graduate or postgraduate in Business Management (with specialization in HR) and HR Business Partner experience of minimum 3 to 5 years - in leading BPO / KPO organizations with Customer Service (Voice Non-Voice) Roles And Responsibilities
• Consult with senior management and provide daily HR guidance
• Create, update interpret HR policies
• Suggest new HR strategies
• Hands on experience of working with HRIS (Darwin Box, Workday, SuccessFactors or so)
• Ability to design and implement strategies for building and driving 'Company Cultural Values'
• Ability to drive exceptional 'Employee Experience' with the focus on creating 'WOW Factor' at every stage of 'Employee Life Cycle'
• Hands on experience in creating effective touch points throughout 'Employee Life Cycle'
• Improve employee relations and proactively address grievances
• Identify training needs across the organization
• Coordinate between employees and management to improve work relations, build morale, increase productivity, which will all, in turn, encourage retention Keep abreast of the current HR trends, be digitally savvy
• Be the Voice Face of HR Leadership Team - in front of employees related stakeholders
• Identification of Early Warning Indicators and working towards proactively addressing the concerns / queries.
• Ability to create Attrition reports and drive effective Retention strategies
• Focus on creating a 'Holistic Environment' - where employee' can 'Learn, Earn Grow'.
• Create a Vibrant Fun filled work environment - Fun Activities, Hobby Clubs, Sports, Team outings
• Designing and running an effective 'Rewards Recognition' program.
• Assessing, identifying, and designing interventions for Employee Health, Safety Wellbeing
• Create, drive and act upon feedback through 'Employee Pulse Survey' - Employee Satisfaction
• Work towards creating, earning, and retaining - 'Great Place to Work'
• Work with HR Operations team at different stages of employee life cycle
• Be an effective 'Change Agent'
• Work with LOD and Business Teams towards driving Goal setting Performance Evaluation process
• Work with LOD and business Teams for identification of training needs, designing relevant learning interventions, and driving the learnings agenda for enriching skills competencies
• Create partnership and synergy amongst various business corporate teams w.r.t driving business results through people interventions Work on identification of Hi-Performance and
