Job Description
Responsibilities:-
• Partner with the CHRO and other HR heads to form a cohesive HR strategy.
• Maintain Appropriate Contact / Communication with the Employees to stay abreast of concerns and address personnel issues. Work with practice leaders on out placement due to performance issues, conduct all exit interviews and compile reports to practice leaders on findings, review turn over (Attrition Analysis) and then promote retention of talented professionals.
• Work closely with practice leaders to conduct annual compensation process (Reviewing market studies, performance results and peer ranges to ensure fair and reasonable compensation adjustments).
• Work with practice leaders on out placement due to performance issues, conduct all exit interviews and compile reports to practice leaders on findings, review turn over (Attrition Analysis) and then promote retention of talented professionals.
• Oversee and manage the HR services provided to the Business by functionally aligned HR Business Partners.
• Serve as an advisor to the organization's business heads, as well as on matters relating to HR policies and processes, inclusive of target planning, development, state legislatures, and performance management.
• Work towards conceptualizing and implementing organization structuring interventions and role based organizations to streamline career progression for HRBPs
• Work with the Rewards and Performance head to ensure application of performance management policies throughout the organization
• Drive processes and support culture related to mentoring, goal settings, performance feedback, career planning
• Initiate and prompt leadership on Reward and Recognition
• Ensure consistency in HR function across levels, departments, and verticals.
Required Educational Qualification & Relevant experience:-
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources
• 8-10 years of experience HR roles
• Experience and Expertise in organizational development and HRBP processes
