Job Description:
HR
1. Responsibility of managing all HR related activities within the organization including recruitment,
employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and compliance with
employment laws and regulations.
2. Closely working with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that
align with the organization's goals and objectives.
3. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including PF, ESIC laws &
labour laws.
4. Ensure that all HR-related activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and
procedures.
5. Maintain employee records including attendance, leaves, performance evaluations and disciplinary
actions.
6. Ensuring timely Payroll Processing in company’s Software.
7. Responding to employee’s queries on Salary/Pay slips/PF withdrawal cases.
8. Preparing Employees quarterly KPI reports and keeping track of Appraisals of Employees.
+. Maintaining and Updating Employees records and filling system and communicating HR policies across
the organization at all level.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
1. Assist India Business Unit (IBU) Head in every decision.
2. Will be responsible for all task related to IBU when he is travelling.
3. Responding to customers emails on behalf of IBU during his absence.
4. Attending & Scheduling meetings and taking notes.
5. Coordination between vendors, suppliers and internal team.
Desired work experience:
10+ year of proven experience as an HR.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and other legal compliances.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication.
Problem-solving skills & strong organizational skills.
Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced, frequent deadline environment.
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and compellingly with colleagues and management.
A positive attitude, including a willingness to tackle problems through to solutions and an ability to
work both independently and across functional teams.
Well versed in excel and MS-office.
Qualification:
MBA in HR.
