Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst to join our global HRIS team, based in Mississauga. This role will support the administration, configuration, and optimization of our SuccessFactors and SAP platforms, ensuring seamless HR operations across the employee lifecycle. The HRIS Analyst will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders globally to deliver ongoing operations, system enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous improvement to our HR technology ecosystem. Note: this is a one-year contract position.


Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Support: Provide day-to-day operational support for Hatch HR systems (SAP and SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation).
Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems; perform data audits; develop and deliver reports and analytics.
Process Optimization: Partner with global HR teams to analyze HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and enhanced system functionality.
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with HRIS and IT to resolve and test system changes, and provide end-user support and training.
Project Collaboration: Participate in global HRIS projects, including system upgrades, module implementations, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with HR business partners and IT to align system functionality with organizational needs.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
2+ years of hands-on expertise in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors or similar.
Proficiency with MS Excel for data handling and analysis.
Experience supporting HR systems in a global, multi-country environment is desirable.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central required; Recruiting, Onboarding, or Performance & Goals nice-to-have).
Basic understanding of SAP HCM integration with SuccessFactors.
Familiarity with HR reporting tools (e.g., SuccessFactors People Analytics, SAP Query) and data visualization platforms.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with superlative attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse, global teams.
Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.
Certifications: SuccessFactors certification (e.g., Employee Central) is a plus.
