• Demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedure relevant to HR L&D – Course planning, Qualification
upload, coordinating with different stakeholders, delegates, trainer
• Relevant working experience in maintaining LMS and outlook
• Handle regular client communication with the client and different stakeholders
• Good verbal and written communication
• Manage all process related documents (SOP/Process Map) up to date within agreed timelines
• Deliver high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, with agreed SLAs
• Continually seek out way to generate new ideas to improve existing process
• Able to build a positive culture and support to other team members
• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
• Hands on experience in MS office – Excel/Power point, Process specific tools like – SAP or workday

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree or professional HR degree
Need 2-4 years of exp in HRO Learning and Development
