This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with an Early-Stage Startup located in London. We are a team of 30+ members located across 5 different countries. You would be joining a key stage of the Startup and playing a key role in its success. This is an opportunity for someone who likes to prove themselves and climb the career ladder effectively at the same accelerated phase of the Startup.
Nature: Remote Working, Startup fundraising
Imp Note: There is no salary in this role; Team members would receive equity in the company based on their level of contribution. Every member of the team is expected to contribute a minimum of 2.5 hrs/day contributions. As a reward, the team member will be receiving Company Shares in our funding round, Shares will be allocated in the funding round that will be closed on or before December 2026. These allocated shares can be liquidated in the funding round that takes place before December 2026. Team members will get the benefit of increased share prices in 2026 at the time of liquidation or the minimum allocated share price. The allocated share value will be calculated based on the number of hours the team member has contributed.
Equity Shares will be calculated based on £10/Hr (GBP) & company shares will be allocated to team members in the funding round that will be closed before 31 December 2026. Shares will be allocated after closing the funding round.
Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an HR+TA at ROPTIA. The HR+TA will be responsible for various tasks related to human resources and talent acquisition. This may include but is not limited to sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, and assisting with HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a startup environment
• Experience with HR software and systems
• Understanding the property industry is a plus
• Relevant HR certifications or qualifications
