Job Description
In your role you will:
• Standardize DMS, processes and related services for organizational alignment in the HR competence area of Health, Safety and Environment.
• Work closely with Group Safety & Resilience to ensure that the future process design follows Group governance & policies.
• Evaluate current practices and drive continual improvement in processes to be future fit.
• Develop operating procedures on specific HSE areas which involve global, regional, and local aspects.
• Uphold/enhance the current global design by developing and improving process and system design, providing support to the HSE decision bodies.
• Lead a global HSE expert network for development, implementation, support and experience exchange within Health, Safety and Environment.
• Act as the gatekeeper for any changes to processes and services.
• Support in both internal and external audits relating to the HSE field (e.g., ISO14000, 45001)
• Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the HSE service portfolio provided through our GSS.
• Lead the work on functional specifications for any extensions or replacement of HSE procedures and systems.
• Work closely with the HR team and Business Areas to translate global processes into local operational execution.
• Initiate and participate in innovation and digitalization initiatives related to Health, Safety and Environment.
Position Qualifications
Position Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HSE or related field
• Experience with global units or organizations preferred
• Experience in running global projects is preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management etiquette, including strong communication and influencing skills
• Must be computer literate with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Must be able to handle confidential material and comply with privacy concerns and regulations
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Passion for and a positive and proactive approach to the role
• Willingness and ability to travel on occasion
