About the role
Due to continued growth within our multi-generational family business, we’re excited to open a key position in our Professional Services division. This role is essential in helping everyone to Think Safe, Act Safe, and Go Home Safe! More specifically, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the management system, conducting and facilitating inspections/audits, investigating incidents, monitoring and reporting of HSE performance, and develop and deliver training programs.
Reporting directly to Michael, our Business Operations Manager, you’ll work collaboratively with the broader leadership team to educate and build awareness and mitigate risks. You’ll be equipped with a laptop for flexibility but work mostly from our modern office in Klemzig (just northeast of the CBD) where we offer the convenience of free off-street parking.

Previous experience in a safety role.
Genuine work ethic and enthusiasm to problem solve.
Ability to build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
Good literacy, numeracy, and computer skills.
