Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – BPO Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in BPO hiring, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and talent management. This role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various roles within the BPO sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the BPO industry.
Drive high-volume hiring while ensuring quality and efficiency in the recruitment process.
Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, headhunting, etc.) to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Stakeholder & Team Management
Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals within defined timelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Implement innovative recruitment techniques to attract top industry talent.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Compliance & Reporting
Maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports for data-driven decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in BPO/ITES hiring, bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership recruitment.
Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR tech tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws related to recruitment.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms.
Qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration or related field.
Proven track record in handling large-scale recruitment in the BPO sector.
