Overview

The HTML and CSS Developer is responsible for creating visually appealing web pages using HTML and CSS. This role plays a key part in ensuring that the company’s website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and meets the design requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Write clean, semantic HTML and CSS to develop high-quality web pages
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Implement responsive design for mobile and desktop applications
• Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure a consistent user experience
• Assist back-end developers with troubleshooting and bug fixes
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in front-end development
• Work on projects involving creating landing pages, email templates, and microsites
• Contribute to technical documentation and provide training to other team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Demonstrated understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and techniques
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or other design tools for extracting assets
• Understanding of version control and branching strategies using tools like Git
• Basic understanding of JavaScript and its interaction with HTML/CSS
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve code-related problems
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for clean, visually appealing design
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
