Job Type: Full Time/ Permanent
Experience: 1 to 4 years
Location: Perungudi, Chennai (WFO)
Qualification: Any Graduates
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop online learning deliverables like e-Learning Games, Simulations, Assessments using HTML 5, CSS3, Bootstrap.
• Work closely with ID/ Content Developers to obtain the required information.
• Design and develop innovative and engaging e-learning content with responsive design and functionality.
• To devolve a e-learning content with Accessibility guidelines
• Develop a SCORM enabled HTML 5 eLearning Package (Single SCO & Multi SCO)
• To develop a localization/Translation e-Learning course.
• Visualise instructional graphics, user interface, and the finished product.
• Collaborate with the media team to develop graphics and videos required for the E-learning module.
• Builds e-learning assessments that are xAPI compliant and enabled with SCORM it can be tracked by the LMS.
• Serve as trainer to junior peers. Knowledge and skills required
• High-level competence in HTML 5, CSS 3 (Must), XML and other.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and xAPI compliances.
• Ability to work independently and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing eLearning with integrated gamification components.
• Exposure to UI and UX is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Responsive and Adaptive design.
• Familiarity with Angular, a plus.
