Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain website layouts with HTML and CSS

• Implement responsive designs and cross-browser compatibility
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
• Collaborate with back-end developers to improve usability
• Perform website testing and troubleshooting
• Resolve cross-browser compatibility issues
• Manage code versioning tools
• Implement SEO principles to ensure website optimization
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas
• Assist in creating technical documentation and user guides
• Assist in training and knowledge sharing with other developers
• Contribute to the web development team's continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development or a related field
• Demonstrated understanding of HTML and CSS
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design
• Proficiency in JavaScript/jQuery is a plus
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image
• Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that the application will adhere to them
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for learning and keeping up with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Willingness to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
