UniAcco is an initiative by Adventum Offshore, an investment and wealth management platform which enables UHNW clients to participate in opportunities where we ensure the quality of partners, performance, transparency, and customized solutions as per their needs across the real estate universe in the UK, USA, Europe, and Australia. Adventum Offshore has now launched a new venture named UniAcco, a global student accommodation platform for students actively looking to study and stay in the UK.
On UniAcco's platform, students can compare, consult, and choose their accommodation from several established property providers. We are the one-stop solution for student housing by providing concierge services to premium customers to ensure them the best hassle-free experience abroad. We are a cross-border platform where students can compare, consult, and choose their accommodation out of several verified properties, simply and securely.
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement action plans to improve the company-client relationship
2. Establish client relationship targets as well as the strategies necessary for actualizing set goals
3. Maintain contact with clients through calls and emails and arrange meetings to update them on product offers and ensure they are satisfied with the received product/service
4. Analyze industry trends to identify developments in client relations and adjust accordingly
5. Utilize CRM tools and database in the management and organization of client relationship information
6. Assist the sales team in up-selling or cross-selling services and products
7. Collaborate with the internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers and senior management) to address customers' needs
8. Deal with start-ups
+. Work on community building
1. Only candidates from Hyderabad (preferred- a local person is much more useful because they might have knowledge of the local area)
2. A degree in hotel management and hospitality (must)
3. A minimum experience of at least 1+ year in operations
4. A smart, confident and presentable personality having good communications skills
5. Prior experience in hotel management/co-working spaces with the ability to handle operation/sales/networking/community building
