Job Summary
We are looking for a Packing Supervisor responsible for supervising packing operations related to CRGO and Non-CRGO laminations, ensuring proper material handling, safe packing, and timely dispatch as per quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily packing activities for CRGO & Non-CRGO lamination products
• Ensure proper packing methods to prevent damage during handling and transportation
• Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams for smooth material flow
• Monitor material handling, loading, and unloading activities
• Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per schedules
• Maintain packing records, dispatch documents, and checklists
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Identify and report packing issues, damages, or shortages
Mandatory Experience
• Hands-on experience in supervision of packing operations related to
CRGO & Non-CRGO Laminations
• Experience in material handling and dispatch coordination
Skills & Competencies
• Strong supervisory and coordination skills
• Knowledge of packing standards for industrial products
• Basic documentation and record-keeping skills
• Good communication and team-handling ability
• Attention to detail and responsibility toward safety and quality
Preferred
• Experience in manufacturing / transformer / electrical industry
• Familiarity with packing tools, pallets, and dispatch procedures
• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
