Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM – data hygiene, segmentation, and pipeline tracking.
Create and manage marketing automation workflows and email sequences.
Build and monitor campaigns using HubSpot Marketing Hub tools.
Set up dashboards and reports to track campaign and lead performance.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure lead flow and follow-up automation are seamless.
Integrate HubSpot with other tools (e.g., LinkedIn, website forms, landing pages).
Assist in improving overall inbound marketing performance and conversion tracking.
Requirements
Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
Experience in setting up workflows, forms, campaigns, and reports.
Basic understanding of inbound marketing principles and lead nurturing.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Certification in HubSpot (a strong plus).
