• Generating Leads through Bank staffs & walk in Customers. Maintaining relationship with Bank staffs and motivating them to promote LI Product. Follow up and convert the leads into sales. Arranging training to the Bank staffs whenever it is required. Solving queries of the existing customers. Reporting to the Cluster Manager about the lead generation and daily activities. Collecting the renewal premium from the existing customers on time. Achieving target in all parameters in terms of Business, Persistency and Activation Package offered is upto 5 Lakhs depending on the current CTC.
