We are hiring for the Inbound Technical Support Process for our Salt Lake Office

Experience: 1year to 5years in Technical support(Computers,Printers and Router support in BPO)

CTC: 1.5Lacs to 2.5Lacs

Location: Kolkata (Saltlake)

Shift: US Shift

Process: Inbound Technical Support.

Job Role
• Speaking with customers of US through cold calling and resolving issues by troubleshooting their computers and laptops.
• Provide them with solutions and sale relevant services and packages.
• Close calls with proper service and take payments from the authorise gateway

Criteria

Need Experience in international BPO In Desktop Support

Technical support Sales (outbound/Inbound) experience preferable

Must have good Communication skill

Should have knowledge in call closing and Sales for tech support

Flexible for Night shift
