As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to promote our products and services. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, set appointments, and also close sales over the phone.
• Key Responsibilities & Requirements
1. Outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Present and explain our products or services to prospects clearly and persuasively.
3. Handle objections and answer questions to effectively close sales or set appointments
4. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets or KPIs.
5. Collaborate with team members to develop and refine sales strategies.
6. Proven experience in telemarketing and sales over the phone.
7. Excellent communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional phone manner.
