Short Description
• Handle the complex problem raised by client and provide solution to problem.
• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of end-to-end H2R activities.
• Handle employee requests according to the project deadlines
• Interaction with Client daily via phone and email, work on resolving H2R related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members, and ensure that the documentation is up to date.

Qualifications
• Strong project management skills applied in a business/corporate environment.
• Experience in managing multiple process design projects.
