Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing offer letters, distributing new hire packets, and ensuring required paperwork and other onboarding materials are returned in a timely and accurate manner

Ensure accuracy and consistency of key data sets, reports, and metrics including the preparation of org charts and company-wide contacts

Produce and deliver reports and dashboards and respond to ad-hoc requests based on business needs

Manage HR compliance with I-+ forms, labor law posters, employee training and other federal and state requirements and maintain electronic personnel files

Track and process data changes and assist with import files within the HRIS system

Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
