Assist HR with onboarding of new employees and new hire paperwork

Assist with Office paperwork and bookkeeping with employee files

Orientate New Hire Orientation with Human Resource Business Partner

Other administrative tasks may be assigned, and any other duties as assigned

People USA is looking for a human resource assistant/recruiter to undertake a variety of recruiting and administrative duties. These duties include a wide range of support activities inside the HR Department, from recruiting and posting job ads through Paycor. To coordinate meetings, along with scheduling interviews for direct supervisors/HR. This job position will be liaison between HR and employees. Ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
