Job Description
As an HR Executive/Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our people operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and day-to-day HR administration. You'll be part of a collaborative and innovative environment in our brand-new development center.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
2. Support onboarding, induction, and training coordination
3. Maintain employee records and update internal databases
4. Assist with attendance tracking and basic HR documentation
5. Help plan employee engagement and team-building activities
6. Maintain office decorum and a professional environment
7. Support in planning festivals, cultural functions, and internal events
8. Provide support for routine HR administrative tasks
+. Ensure compliance with internal HR processes
10. Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
11. Lead onboarding, induction, and employee orientation sessions
12. Maintain HRMIS and ensure data accuracy and compliance
13. Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
14. Execute payroll inputs, leaves, and attendance management
15. Design and implement employee engagement strategies
16. Organize and oversee events, festivals, and in-house celebrations
17. Support HR audits and reports, ensuring timely submissions
18. Maintain office decorum and workplace culture
1+. Coordinate employee performance reviews and feedback sessions
20. Strategize and lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple departments
21. Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
22. Lead performance management processes and appraisals
23. Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
24. Manage strategic manpower planning and forecasting
25. Analyze HR metrics to improve retention and productivity
26. Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence
27. Mentor junior HR team members and interns
28. Plan and lead corporate events, team functions, and festival celebrations
2+. Foster and uphold a positive, professional work environment
30. HR personnel must be punctual, well maintained, and appropriately dressed, especially when representing the company during campus drives and external meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field
6 months to 1.5 years of experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with basic HR tools and processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
