Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
Handle salary processing (payroll) and attendance management
Oversee daily HR operations and office coordination
Maintain employee records and documentation
Handle onboarding and exit formalities
Resolve employee issues, queries, and conflicts professionally
Ensure smooth communication between management and staff
Monitor employee performance and discipline
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of payroll, HR operations, and recruitment
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
Responsible, professional, and leadership mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
