Qualification : Any Degree with HR Specialization

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.

• Handle new employee orientations and documentation.

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and benefits.

• Track and manage employee leave requests.

• Ensure company policies and legal requirements are followed.

• Oversee general office operations and procurement.

• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.

• Assist in payroll preparation and related tasks.

• Coordinate training sessions and workshops.

• Generate HR-related reports and maintain records.

• Process and Sop for all functions.

• Goal settings with Department heads and reviews

Key Result Areas (KRA):

• : Efficiently fill job vacancies with qualified candidates.

• Foster a positive work environment and engagement.

• Ensure HR practices align with legal requirements.

• Streamline office operations for cost-effectiveness.

• Monthly Recruitment Report

Performance Management System (PMS) Metrics:

• New job postings.

• Applicant screening log.

• Daily meetings organising and follow up

• Day to today office administration

• Number of interviews conducted.

• Employee attendance reports.

• Weekly meetings organising and follow up

• Recruitment cost analysis.

• Training hours delivered.

• Employee turnover rate.

• Annual HR compliance audit.

• Employee engagement trend analysis.

Skills required

• Effective verbal and written communication for interacting with employees, management, and candidates.

• Building relationships, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Analyzing complex situations, making decisions, and finding practical solutions.

• Managing multiple tasks, time, and resources efficiently.

• Handling sensitive employee information and situations with discretion and integrity.

• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
