QALIFICATION : MBA HR OR EQUIAVALENT
RESPONSIBILITIES : Pay roll and attendance ,Performance evaluation understanding of training need and conducting tanning sessions, maintaining discipline and organizational culture, employee relation & Grievance Handling, Manpower Planning & Recruitment , Employee life cycle, Compensations & yearly benefit, monthly salary, yearly bonus, also need some statutory knowledge like PF and ESIC challan Generate.
