Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience
Performance management and compensation development experience required
Excellent understanding of HR functions and best practices
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification required
Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Self-motivated and adaptable to learn virtual collaboration tools
