Neiron India is a global Digital Marketing start-up helping brands grow their e-commerce business. We work closely with our clients to optimize their search and display advertising and promote their brands across platforms like Amazon, Google and Walmart.

We are looking to hire an HR generalist to manage and execute recruiting (screening resumes and conduct interviews), training, mentoring, employee engagement and employee performance reviews. You must be able to connect with the employees to understand their goals and concerns and be able to marry that with the firm's overall goals.

CTC: 2 LPA

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the entire Candidate Experience (from identification to personnel development and employee management) with a 360 degree view
• You are the contact person for the team in all HR and recruiting topics
• Organize and maintain employee records, internal HR systems and databases
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Identify, approach and select our talents through on-campus and off-campus channels
• Refine training program to efficiently develop core skillsets
• Work with senior leadership to define and maintain firm culture
• Develop and maintain employee policy manual
• Develop and maintain compensation and incentive structures for employees and external contractors
• Communicate regularly with firm staff; flag, resolve and escalate issues as appropriate
• Coordinate with the statutory consultant and ensure the compliance of the organization with labor laws and other statutory regulations
• Handling Exit Formalities and FnF.
• Processing Payroll monthly

Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of recruitment and other HR generalist experience
• MUST have strong communication skills and empathy
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Ability and desire to communicate and connect with people frequently and effectively
• Ability and desire to work with all aspects of HR management, from high-level policy- and goal-setting to on-the-ground scheduling, interviewing and policy implementation.
• Experience with current recruiting techniques including testing / skills assessments, analytical techniques, campus partnerships, channel optimization, etc.
• Experience with current talent assessment and feedback methods
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• MUST be able to join the company immediately
• Start up experience preferred
