At Della Luxury Products, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the human resources function. The successful candidate will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture, driving HR initiatives, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
About this Role
This is a challenging opportunity for an HR professional who can balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution across all HR functions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company objectives
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes for all departments
• Oversee employee engagement, welfare activities, and grievance handling to ensure a positive work culture
• Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisal cycles, and feedback mechanisms
• Implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities
• Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other HR-related regulations
• Manage payroll inputs, compensation, benefits, and HR data management
• Partner with business heads to identify manpower requirements and workforce planning
• Foster effective communication across all levels of the organization
• Lead disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and employee relations management
• Drive HR digitalization, reporting, and MIS for management decision-making

Work Conditions

Must have a minimum qualification of MBA PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification and a minimum job experience of 7-12 years in HR with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
