Description
To efficiently handle employee queries on Leave, Policies, Attendance, LTA, resignation, clearance, etc.
To keep self-abreast with the concepts and application of HR Management.
To provide support in all other HR interventions
To establish good rapport and interpersonal relations with employees.
To be well groomed, punctual and adhere to company policies and practices.
Execution of complete online employee onboarding (involves complete employee data management, managing accuracy of data being entered in online HR portal, generating employee code, providing Appointment letter.)
Managing Complete background verification process (including BGV vendor management)
To ensure, update & maintain timely and accurate employee database.
To ensure proper personal file management.
Providing reliving letters & experience letters to the employees
Maintaining credentialing and privileging for Clinicians, Nursing and Paramedical staff as required.
Maintain and timely update all the trackers to monitor various filing compliances (including Credentialing, privileging, indemnity, BGV, Contracts of Clinicians etc
