4. Assist in the creation and posting of job listings on various platforms
5. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
6. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
7. Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs
8. Working on HR strategies, payroll, etc.
