Role Description

This is a remote full-time internship role for a Human Resources Intern at Implex Edu. The primary responsibility of the intern will be to support the HR manager in implementing HR policies and personnel management. The intern will assist in developing and executing HR plans, compensation and benefit programs, employee on-boarding and off-boarding, and maintaining employee records. They will be responsible for supporting and assisting with key HR initiatives aligned with company goals.
