Internship Overview

Position: HR Intern

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹10,000

Mode: From Office

Start Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Currently we are hiring for Delhi location

Eligibility

We welcome freshers who are:

✅ Currently pursuing or recently completed:

• MBA (HR)

• BBA

• B.Com (with an interest in HR)

✅ Serious about building a career in Human Resources

✅ Available for a full 3-month internship period

What You’ll Learn / Key Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support:

• Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews

• Onboarding & Induction: Assisting with new employee integration

• HR Operations: Maintaining employee records, documentation

• Employee Engagement Initiatives

• Learning & Development Programs

• Exposure to tools like HRIS, ATS, and more

• Background Verifications

• Attendance on Spine and Excel

• UAN Activation and face authentication process

• Service Charge .

This is a learning-focused internship—we value your enthusiasm and will help you build a strong HR foundation.

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated, proactive individuals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A keen interest in the HR domain and the hospitality industry

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
