Job Requirements
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Human Resource Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for various HR functions, including maintaining an efficient onboarding process, providing training and coaching to staff members, mediating conflicts, performing administrative tasks, conducting performance and wage reviews, and ensuring policy compliance. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Onboarding Process: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed, and they are integrated into the organization smoothly.
• Training and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to employees, offering training, counseling, and coaching to enhance their skills and performance.
• Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator in resolving conflicts among employees, utilizing a positive and professional approach to foster a harmonious work environment.
• Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks related to HR, including maintaining employee records, managing HR databases, and handling employee documentation.
• Performance and Wage Reviews: Conduct regular performance evaluations and wage reviews, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and promoting a positive work culture. Communicate policies clearly to employees and ensure their awareness.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate and concise reports on HR-related activities, such as recruitment, training, employee turnover, and policy adherence.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
