1. Ability to reduce complaints on guest houses and able to effectively use resources available to meet employee needs, as per company rules and regulations and within required time lines.
2. Ensure safety and security of rented accommodations.
3. Ensure along with provisioning of equipment required, maintenance of houses and pest controls are done on regular basis. Ensure employees adhere to basic rules and regulations as prescribed by the company.
4. Ability to handle grievance register effectively and efficiently.
5. Ability to allocate work to the subordinates to get the complaints resolved at the earliest.
6. To ensure staff accommodations are kept clean and maintained to the highest standard of living.
