Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing relevant profiles from multiple job portals & through all possible sites
2. Screening and skills assessment as per the job requirements.3. Scheduling, Follow-up, and Coordination with candidates to ensure show-up and feedback from the interviewer.
4. Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
5. Work closely with Business and Tech team to develop relationships and to understand overall needs and requirements
7. Coordination with consultants
8. Manage a small HR recruitment team
+. Should have good convincing Skill

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
