About the Job: The Human Resource Manager at OOHTO is a key driver of our innovative approach to real-world advertising. This role operates within the Internal Core Team and is responsible for shaping and implementing HR strategies that support our company's growth and mission. The Human Resource Manager oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the HR Manager serves as the secretary to the CEO, providing essential support to the company's leadership. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with OOHTO's dynamic and pioneering approach to advertising. · Lead and manage the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new employees. · Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions. · Administer HR programs and benefits, including compensation, health and wellness initiatives, and training and development. · Develop and maintain HR records, including employee files and documentation. · Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee feedback. · Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture that embraces innovation and creativity. · Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives that drive our pioneering advertising solutions. · Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure OOHTO remains at the forefront of advertising innovation. · Act as the secretary to the CEO, providing essential support and assistance to the company's leadership. · Collaborate with the senior management team on strategic planning and business initiatives that define the future of advertising. Reporting Structure: The Human Resource Manager will report directly to the CEO of OOHTO and will collaborate closely with the entire Internal Office Team. Preferred Skills: · Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. · Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role in a dynamic industry. · Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, labor laws, and best practices that can adapt to a changing advertising landscape. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. · Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, especially in the realm of innovative advertising solutions. · Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. · Familiarity with (Human Resources Software’s). · Passion for staying on the cutting edge of advertising technology and strategies. · Preferred: HR candidates with relevant experience in the Media, Advertising, and PR sector.
