About the role:

We are looking for an organised , proactive and detail-orientated HR Admin person to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a predominantly remote role, ideal for someone who thrives working from home while staying connected with a collaborative HR function.

In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support across all aspects of HR, from onboarding and employee records, to assisting with the recruitment and supporting day-to day HR operations.

Description:

Duties

Maintain and update employee records and HR systems

Support recruitment processes including posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidate

Assist with writing position descriptions

Assist with contracts and onboarding documents for new starters

Assist with payroll preparation by ensuring accurate employee data

Assist the HR manager to prepare any documents or letters required.

Strong organisational skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability work remotely

Ability to get a WWCC, NDISWC and pass a police check
