Responsibilities
Ideal Cabinetry provides homeowners, kitchen dealers, and remodeling professionals with high-quality indoor and outdoor cabinetry solutions ready to ship in 10 business days or less
The HR Admin supports the HR and Operations areas, performing reception duties to handle visitors and assisting in other areas to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle reception and visitor duties, providing education and personal protective equipment to maintain a safe environment
Provide administrative support to HR and Operations personnel by preparing documents, making calls, coordinating meetings, scheduling interviews, and sending calendar invites
Oversee events for the facility, including meals and setup for meetings and lunches, in addition to other company events for employees and visitors
Responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels of office supplies for the facility and keeping them organized
Handle special requests for items not stocked and acquire appropriate approval
Maintain office equipment properly and ensure supplies are available to keep it operational
Liaison for vending machines, communicating on any issues presented by employees
Coordinate eScreen's and evaluations for new hires and existing personnel
Assist with recruiting tasks and new hire orientation
Scan and email records for personnel files of employees
Backup for Accident / Incident reporting as needed
Backup for HR Coordinator-General as needed

Office Hours:

This position will be Monday-Friday, 7:44 am-4:30 pm, at our main office in Bartow, FL. Must have flexibility as the position may require staying later than 4:30 pm and working some Saturdays.
