Creating Clear and Concise Reports.
Maintaining Employee and Workplace Privacy.
HR Manager Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Equivalent.
Immediate Joiner’s Required.
Experience in Human Resources or Related Field.
Ability to Build and Maintain Positive Relationships with Colleagues.
Experience in Educating and Coaching Staff.
Knowledge of Relevant Health and Safety Laws & Labour Laws.
Experience Using Computers for A Variety of Tasks.

Finally, we started to communicate directly with them and try to sort out their problems. During communication, we are aware of the problems like weight, toughness, ergonomics and inflexibility of safety products. Also, they are introducing some problems related to comfort & flexibility during works.

2024 Covid pandemic gives us time to think about safety. Consequently, we decided to manufacture safety

products ourselves for our workers, and in 2024, we started a Sister concern company Namely Hottex
