About the Opportunity!
As the HR Administrator, they will handle day-to-day administrative duties, supporting the HR team with a variety of tasks. They will oversee the entire recruitment process and manage various administrative responsibilities.
The ideal candidate for this role we are seeking will have:
Previous admin role in a shared services or dynamic team environment
Proven ability to provide exceptional service
Excellent communication skills in written and verbal
Take pride in the attention to detail and accuracy of all work undertaken
Adhering to established policies and procedures
Exercise initiative, discretion, and maintain confidentiality
Manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities
Proactively assess issues and identify solutions
Proficient in Office 365 with experience in applications such as MYOB Exo, Pronto, UKG Workforce Ready and Monday.com advantageous to the applicant.
