The Human Resources Administrator is a permanent part – time opportunity. Flexible working arrangements may negotiated with the successful candidate.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a Human Resources position, and be able to work collaboratively with Management, providing best practice advice and solutions for HR matters.

To achieve this, you will be required to:

Facilitate recruitment processes from approval to recruit to offer stage.

Support Managers with employee performance matters and appraisal processes.

Manage employee documentation, following organisational filing processes.

Utilise HRIS tools to deliver and support organisational activities.
