The Company
An opportunity exists for an Human Resources Administrator to join this reputable award winning organisation in the not-for-profit sector. This organisation is based in Richmond, very close to public transport with ample car parking nearby, lots of flexibility to work from home too!
The Role
Working closely with a large and dynamic HR team, your main responsibility will be to provide high quality operational, administrative and system support to the organisation.
Your Main Duties Will Include But Not Limited To
Assist with general HR queries based on EBA/Award
Ensure all new starter documentation is complete
Generate letters of offers through the online system
Draft seek and internal job advertisements
Process and coordinate police checks
Database administration including employee detail changes
Candidate and stakeholder management
Maintain HR systems
Provide general and ad hoc administrative assistance to the team
What do I need to be successful?
Proven experience in a HR Administration position
Degree qualified in HR or working towards would be highly desirable
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and exposure to HR systems preferably WorkDay
Ability to build positive relationships, negotiate and problem solve
Flexible and a professional attitude
