Job Location: Ahmedabad (SG Highway)
Qualification: MBA / PGDM (HR)
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Key Responsibility
Work independently and display a high level of independent discretion in managing human resource initiatives.
Good verbal and written communication.
Should know Emails handling, Recruitment (Non IT), screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates, volume hiring, Joining formalities, Administration, Leave management, Attendance etc.
Handling end-to-end recruitment.
Is responsible for coordinating implementation of services, policies and programs for personnel throughout the organization; assist and advice employees and managers about employment issues.
Well versed with all HR functions including recruitment, attendance, Payroll Processing, Employee Induction and engagement activities.
Creating and maintaining MIS reports of all kinds.
Business Operations Coordination.
