People Architects is excited to partner with our Stark County based client as we recruit for our newest team member- a Human Resource Administrator.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and growth minded Human Resource Assistant to join our team! You will play a virtual role in supporting and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities include managing the employee life cycle from recruitment to off-boarding, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and providing expert guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a welcoming and informative onboarding program for new hires.

• Manage employee relations, including addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on company policies.

• Partner with managers to conduct performance reviews and implement talent development initiatives.

• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications (required and preferred):

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• One year+ of HR Generalist or similar experience.

• SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

• Strong understanding of multi-state employment law and compliance principles.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (willingness to learn new systems is a plus).

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
