Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at Neyah Beauty in Dhanbad. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for HR management, HRIS administration, benefits administration, and training coordination. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with recruitment processes, managing employee benefits, maintaining HRIS data, and facilitating training programs.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills

• Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

• Experience in benefits administration

• Training coordination skills

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
