Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled HR Coordinator with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join our team. The HR Coordinator will manage all aspects of human resources, including hiring, intern management, handling queries, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Hiring:
• Manage the entire recruitment process for volunteers, interns, and full-time staff.
• Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Intern & Volunteer Management:
• Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and management of interns and volunteers.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure intern performance and development.
• Monitor volunteer activities and maintain records of their contributions.
• Employee Relations & Communication:
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from staff, interns, and volunteers.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations, including addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining open communication channels.
• Ensure the organization’s HR policies are up to date and effectively communicated to all team members.
• Operations Support:
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure the smooth functioning of on-the-ground activities.
• Help coordinate logistics for events, training sessions, and other initiatives.
• Maintain updated records for employees, interns, and volunteers.
• HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance reviews.
• Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
• Support senior management in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals.
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working with NGOs or educational organizations.
• Experience in managing volunteers or interns.
