Are you a passionate and positive self-starter who is looking for a challenge? We have a great opportunity in our Human Resources Support Services team based at PNHQ
As an HR Assistant, you will demonstrate a high level of competence in the performance of all HR administrative duties. In addition, you will possess well developed interpersonal skills, strong communication skills and be able to provide excellent service to our customers and stakeholders.
Your ability to be discrete in relation to confidential matters and the use of your initiative to solve complex tasks will be necessary for success in this role. We offer a great team and professional working environment.

Key Accountabilities:
Strong administration and customer service experience
Be an expert at time management and prioritization
Demonstrate initiative and accountability
Have a passion for collaboration and learning
Be positive and enthusiastic
Exposure to working with, and interpreting collective agreements and policy
An ability to problem solve and challenge the status quo
Demonstrate proficient keyboard skills and experience in Microsoft Office application, including Word, Excel and Outlook
A tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential

Utu ā-tau | Salary
This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $63,526 and $66,312 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
