Little Caesars is a fast-growing franchise group with four locations across Winnipeg — and we’re just getting started. As we expand, we’re looking for a dynamic and resourceful Human Resources Assistant to join our senior team and support our people operations across all stores.

This is an on-call, part-time opportunity — perfect for an experienced HR professional seeking flexibility and a meaningful role that could evolve into full-time as the organization grows.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Owner and Store Managers, the Human Resources Assistant will provide comprehensive HR support for our team members across all four stores. You'll play a key role in improving our HR processes, enhancing compliance, and ensuring our people feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing

Manage job postings, screen applicants, conduct initial interviews

Coordinate in-store interviews with store leadership

Onboarding & Documentation

Complete hiring packages and ensure all documents are collected and organized

Set up new hires in our systems and follow up on any missing requirements

HR Administration

Support employee relations, address basic HR issues, and escalate concerns when needed

Draft or update workplace policies and SOPs as we scale operations

Payroll (Optional/Future Scope)

Assist with payroll processing for multiple locations, depending on skills and interest

Remote Flexibility

This role is primarily remote with occasional on-site visits when necessary (e.g., conflict resolution, audits, or urgent staffing needs)

We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and can confidently handle the HR needs of a multi-location operation.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

2+ years of Human Resources experience, ideally in food service, retail, or multi-site operations

Working knowledge of Canadian employment standards and HR best practices

Familiarity with immigration processes (LMIA, open work permits, etc.) is a strong asset

Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience with policy writing or operational procedures is an advantage
