Job Summary
We’re looking for a diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate – Talent Management to support key people processes across the employee lifecycle.
In this role, you will help manage and execute core HR operations including employee lifecycle management, performance and probation processes, HR documentation, compliance, and employee support. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, people-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate employee records and update HRMS data, including benefits, leave management, and payroll-related information.
• Manage probation and performance review processes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to internal timelines.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide timely resolution or escalation through the HR helpdesk.
• Coordinate end-to-end exit management, including documentation, exit interviews, and compliance with separation processes.
• Conduct periodic audits of HR processes to ensure adherence to internal policies, SOPs, and defined workflows.
• Create, update, and maintain HR documentation including policies, SOPs, and process guides.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving HR operations, efficiency, and employee experience.
Key Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to HR operations or employee lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Darwinbox or similar HRMS platforms (preferred).
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and HR tools.
