Description
Executive Human Resource Operation:
• Support on various key processes including Human Capital Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, On boarding, Off Boarding, Retention, Payroll tracking, Grievance handling, Compliance and Performance Management.
• HR Dashboard, Analytics, and Reporting
• Plan and Execute Training
• Responsible for organizing Quarterly Town Hall, R&R initiatives and strengthen other communication platforms.
• Facilitate open communication and contribute to the development of an engaging work environment
• Anchor and drive employee engagement
• Execute Employees Engagement Surveys and drive actions
• End to End responsibility for employee onboarding and assimilation.
• Assists with the development of Human Resources policies for the company concerning employee relations and continuity of business in line with best in class organizations
• Support in ensuring adherence and compliance with all HR policies
• Support in ensuring 100% compliance with various legal and statutory requirements
• Support the Performance Management process and policies
• Oversee all activities with a strong focus on building core values, culture, enhancing teamwork and productivity improvement.
• Support for data management of all HR related processes including personal information; compensation; job history; retirement and insurance documentation; leave accrual records; and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression etc.
• Support and handle all queries, grievances and escalations from employees and ensure the same are resolved within committed timelines.
• Providing payroll inputs n timely manner to ensure smooth payroll processing
• Supports in maintaining confidentiality on various employee and management related data.
Experience and Education:
• Masters Degree in Human Resource Management.
• 2 to 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources with strong communication capabilities including written, oral, and presentation skills
• Experience working in a IT/Software Industry is an added advantage.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively and build relationships with people at all levels of the organization in a diversified environment
